What this page is for
If you have found our content republished without permission, our name or logo used in a way that implies an affiliation or sponsorship that does not exist, a site impersonating The Veteran Benefit Desk, or a claim that a person or business is "featured on" or "endorsed by" this site when they are not, we want to know.
What to include
- The web address (URL) where you saw the misuse.
- What you saw: copied content, a false affiliation claim, use of our name or logo, or something else.
- The date you saw it.
- A screenshot, if you can take one.
- Your contact information, if you are open to follow-up questions (optional).

What happens next
A human reviews every report. We classify each issue and respond proportionally: some uses are fair quotation or legitimate citation and need no action, some earn an attribution request, and some warrant a formal takedown notice, a platform report, or attorney review. We do not send automated legal threats, and we appreciate good-faith reports even when the use turns out to be permitted.
