Have expertise veterans need? Pitch us a guest article.
We publish a small number of guest articles from accredited attorneys, claims agents, VSO representatives, and medical and vocational experts. If you can teach veterans something real, with sources to back it, this page is how you start.
How guest publishing works here
Everything is verified
Every legal or factual claim in your draft is checked against the controlling statute, regulation, or federal record before publication. Expect edits and expect questions.
Your byline, clearly labeled
Published pieces carry your name and credentials with a guest contributor note. You get the reach and the credit; readers get to know exactly who is talking.
No pay for placement
Guest articles are unpaid contributions and cannot be bought. Sponsors and advertisers may pitch like anyone else, but sponsorship plays no role in the decision and any business affiliation is disclosed on the piece.
What happens after you pitch
- The operator reads your pitch personally and replies either way, usually within a week.
- If accepted, you agree on scope and a deadline by email, then write the draft.
- The draft goes through the same source verification as our own work, then publishes with your byline and credentials.
Good pitches teach something concrete: a rating criteria walkthrough in your specialty, a procedural trap you see clients hit, evidence that moves a specific kind of claim. Marketing copy, AI-generated drafts, and general motivation pieces are declined. Our full standards are in How We Review and our editorial independence policy.
