Ordinary email is not a secure or confidential channel, and we do not currently offer an encrypted or anonymous submission system. Do not send Social Security numbers, VA file numbers, medical records, claim files, passwords or other sensitive personal information. If a record you want to share contains such details, tell us what you have first and we will discuss how to handle it. We cannot provide legal, medical or individual claims advice through this address.
What happens next
A person reads every message. We may not be able to reply to every tip, but tips that lead to reporting are handled under our editorial standards, including verification and the right of reply for anyone the reporting concerns.
