Borderline personality disorder is rated under the General Rating Formula for Mental Disorders only when secondary to a service connected mental health condition.

Illness anxiety disorder is rated under the General Rating Formula for Mental Disorders, 0 to 100 percent based on occupational and social impairment from the preoccupation with having or acquiring serious illness.
Major neurocognitive disorder due to another medical condition or substance or medication induced (diagnostic code 9326) is rated under the General Rating Formula for Mental Disorders at 0 to 100 percent based on occupational and social impairment. Dementia tied to TBI, stroke, or another service connected condition is rated here or under the TBI residual framework, whichever fits.
